Birdseed, flower petals, decorations, etc. are NOT allowed. This venue cannot exceed 20 total people including the couple being married, any members of the wedding party, and all other guests including children.

It even has a small Smoky Mountain cascading waterfall on-site! It makes for some beautiful photos and is an excellent choice for a Gatlinburg elopement.

The property also has a couple of old trucks, a couple of old barns, and even a tractor. These all make for excellent photo opportunities. For these reasons, the Private Creekside location is our most popular spot for elopements in Gatlinburg.

Ceremony & Officiant
Of course, the ceremony and officiant are included with all of our packages. Our officiant has married more than 4000 couples in the Great Smoky Mountains area over the last 10 years.
Post-Wedding Marriage License Filing
Following your ceremony, the officiant completes your marriage license. It is then filed back with the County Clerk’s office. Your official certified marriage certificates are then mailed out to you, ready to use back home.
Venue Rental Fees
Our all inclusive Private Creekside packages include the property rental fees for the duration of your package. This is one less headache to deal with for you!

Our seasoned wedding photographer has shot over 3500 elopements in the Smoky Mountains over the last decade. When it comes to Gatlinburg elopements, we’ve got you covered every step of the way.

Online Gallery & Print Release
Your photos will be ready within ONLY TWO WEEKS! They will be available in an online gallery and you will be able to download all of your full-resolution/full-sized images. A print release is included so you can make UNLIMITED prints in ANY size you desire.

Can we have guests?
Of course! While many couples choose a true elopement with just the two of you, all of our wedding locations allow up to 20 total guests. This includes the couple, wedding party, and children. This limit is firm because our locations are designed specifically for intimate celebrations.
Can we get dressed at the location?
No, please arrive dressed and ready to go about 15 minutes before your start time. Our creekside locations are designed for seamless, stress-free ceremonies rather than on-site prep.
How do I make a reservation? Is a deposit required?
Booking is simple. Once you’ve chosen your date, package, and location, reserve your elopement directly through our website (or click “Book Now” under your chosen package). Prefer a personal touch? Call us at (865) 365-5025.
A $700 non-refundable deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due at your ceremony. We recommend finalizing travel plans before booking, as deposits are non-refundable.
How do I get the Tennessee marriage license?
You’ll need a Tennessee marriage license for any ceremony held in the state. This must be signed by both partners in front of a county clerk, and no one else can obtain it for you.
The process is quick and easy. Sevier County offers three offices that issue licenses any day except Sunday, and it only takes about 10 minutes. Bring your license to your ceremony, and we’ll handle the rest.

How many photos are included?
The Mountain Memories package includes 60 minutes of photography and includes around 60-70 photos. The Appalachian Admiration package includes 90 minutes of photography and includes 90-100 photos. The Smoky Mountain Serenity packages includes 120 minutes of photography and includes 120-140 photos. Since the Simple Remembrance package doesn’t include photography, it includes 0 photos.

Our Private Creekside location features a covered pavilion, so your ceremony can continue rain or shine. Our professional photo gear is fully weather-sealed to ensure your images remain just as stunning, regardless of the weather.
