The property also has a couple of old trucks, a couple of old barns, and even a tractor. These all make for excellent photo opportunities. For these reasons, the Private Creekside location is our most popular spot for elopements in Gatlinburg.

Ceremony & Officiant
Of course, the ceremony and officiant are included with all of our packages. Our officiant has married more than 4000 couples in the Great Smoky Mountains area over the last 10 years.
Post-Wedding Marriage License Filing
Following your ceremony, the officiant completes your marriage license. It is then filed back with the County Clerk’s office. Your official certified marriage certificates are then mailed out to you, ready to use back home.
Venue Rental Fees
Our all inclusive Private Creekside packages include the property rental fees for the duration of your package. This is one less headache to deal with for you!

Online Gallery & Print Release
Your photos will be ready within ONLY TWO WEEKS! They will be available in an online gallery and you will be able to download all of your full-resolution/full-sized images. A print release is included so you can make UNLIMITED prints in ANY size you desire.

Can we have guests?
Of course! While we do many true elopements (with no guests), all of our wedding locations allow for up to 20 total people and every package (except the Simple Remembrance) allows for guests. This includes the two being married, any members of the wedding party, and any and all guests, including children. This is a strict limit, though, and the number cannot be increased for any reason. Since we specialize in elopements, all of our locations have this restriction. We do not offer locations/packages for weddings with more than 20 people.
Can we get dressed at the location?
No. You will want to arrive dressed and ready to go 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.
How do I make a reservation? Is a deposit required?
It’s simple, really. Once you have decided on your date, what package you want, and the location you want to get married at, you can reserve your wedding on our website at this link. You can also just click “Book Now” farther up the page under the package you wish to book. If you prefer to make your reservation over the phone, just give us a call at (865) 365-5025.
To reserve your date/time/location, there is a $500 non-refundable deposit. Since it’s non-refundable, you’ll want to be sure to finalize your travel plans prior to booking your elopement with us. The remaining balance isn’t due until the time of the ceremony.
How do I get the Tennessee marriage license?
For any elopement taking place in Tennessee, a Tennessee marriage license is required. No company can get it for you on your behalf as it must be signed by the couple directly in front of the county clerk. Out-of-state couples often stress about this but getting a Tennessee marriage license is super simple.
In Sevier County, we have three offices you can get it from and they can be issued any day of the week except for Sunday. In about ten minutes, you’ll be out of their office with your marriage license in hand. Just bring this license to your wedding spot and we take care of the rest. How many photos are included?
The Mountain Memories package includes 60 minutes of photography and includes around 60-70 photos. The Appalachian Admiration package includes 90 minutes of photography and includes 90-100 photos. The Smoky Mountain Serenity packages includes 120 minutes of photography and includes 120-140 photos. Since the Simple Remembrance package doesn’t include photography, it includes 0 photos.
What if it rains?
Our Private Creekside location offers a covered pavilion, making this location a great option if rain is a concern for you.
