Your elopement is meant to be seamless and stress-free. Our reservation policies are designed to give you clarity and confidence while keeping the excitement alive as you prepare for your day. If you have any questions, our team is only a call or email away.

SECURING YOUR DATE

Your ceremony can be reserved online through this page or over the phone. Once we’ve received your deposit, we’ll confirm availability and send over your personalized contract. Certain locations — such as our Private Creekside venue or Great Smoky Mountain National Park sites — require additional coordination, and and we’ll take care of every detail for you to ensure it’s arranged perfectly.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

A $700 deposit is required to secure your reservation. This is applied toward your balance and is non-refundable. Balances are payable in cash on the day of your wedding, or by credit card (with a 3.5% processing fee) if arranged at least 48 hours prior.

MARRIAGE LICENSE

Tennessee requires a marriage license, which must be brought with you on the day of your ceremony. Vow renewals do not require a license. We’ll ensure your officiant files the necessary paperwork so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.

ADJUSTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

We understand travel plans may shift. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 5 days’ notice. A rescheduling fee of $300 applies. Because we hold your date exclusively for you, deposits remain non-refundable.

TIMELINESS

Our ceremonies are carefully timed to honor every couple. To preserve the flow of the day, we ask that you and your party arrive 15 minutes before your start time. Gatlinburg and the Smokies can experience heavy traffic, so please plan accordingly. Late arrivals may result in relocation or rescheduling with associated fees, as National Park permits cannot be adjusted on short notice. Please arrive on time.

FINAL TOUCHES

On your wedding day, we’ll meet you at the arranged location, collect any remaining balance, and ensure all final details are in place. Following your ceremony, your officiant will file your marriage license, and you’ll receive your certified marriage certificates in the mail.
