This privately-owned creekside spot is located in Gatlinburg and sits right next to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Built in the 1920′s as a furniture mill, the creek area still exists in its natural state. Rustic barns, antique tractors, and more make this a great location for any Smoky Mountain wedding. The property even has a covered pavilion in the event of rain and also includes guest seating. This property has a strict maximum of 20 total people allowed at this location.
Outdoor Smoky Mountain Wedding Locations
Foothills Parkway West, Smoky Mountain National Park
Mynatt Park, Gatlinburg
Located at the end of Cherokee Orchard Road and only a couple of minutes from downtown Gatlinburg is Mynatt Park. Mynatt Park is a standard city park. It’s definitely not our first choice as the bridge area is no longer available for use due to a construction project. But, it still offered for those couples who just want a quick and basic elopement that’s very easy on the wallet. If photos are important to you, pass on Mynatt Park and check out Private Creekside instead.
Greenbrier, Smoky Mountain National Park
Greenbrier is a beautiful riverside spot located in the National Park. It is less than 10 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, TN. While there are no mountain views at this location, the peaceful water makes it an excellent choice for a Gatlinburg elopement. It runs along a beautiful Smoky Mountain river. This location has a strict maximum of 10 people and does require a walk down a small embankment to get to the wedding spot.
Cades Cove, Smoky Mountain National Park
Cades Cove is the most visited spot in the entire National Park. It is about 32 miles from Gatlinburg. While this location is a beautiful spot, it is very busy, to say the least. For these reasons, it’s priced a little higher than our other locations. While it allows for up to 20 people, parking can be tight at times due to how busy of an area it is.
