Mynatt Park is a publicly accessible city park that is only a couple of blocks from the downtown Gatlinburg parkway. While it is city owned and not part of the National Park nearby, it offers a beautiful wood arched footbridge that overlooks a creek. This article will look at 3 reasons a Mynatt Park wedding is a great location for a Gatlinburg elopement.
Since news broke last month concerning a new law passed in Tennessee regarding wedding officiants, we have been contacted by numerous couples to make sure their wedding will still go on as planned. The answer to that is...absolutely! Our officiant, Rev. Adam, is an ordained minister by an IRS 501(c)(3) recognized church and is in-person ordained. Neither himself nor Elope to Gatlinburg is affected by this new law becoming effective as of today. For here, it's business as usual.
Wishing all of our past and future couples a happy new year! It's business as usual here at Elope to Gatlinburg. We thank each and every one of you that called and emailed with concerns. All of our wedding locations were untouched by the wildfire and are waiting for you in 2017! Please continue to keep those who lost everything in your thoughts and prayers.
